I love your frijoles – and we tend to order two to three each time we visit, either as a couple or with our friends. Would it be at all possible to receive the recipe for yours?
Also – the pork burritos are just deevine.

You ask for ideas of things we’d like to see on your menu – here are a couple:
- enchiladas verdes. If you’ve ever been to a Sanborn’s restaurant in Mexico City, this is one of their signature dishes, and I think it would go down a storm in the UK.
- Mole verde – can be chicken or pork, but either is great.
