You ask for ideas of things we’d like to see on your menu – here are a couple:
- enchiladas verdes. If you’ve ever been to a Sanborn’s restaurant in Mexico City, this is one of their signature dishes, and I think it would go down a storm in the UK.
- Mole verde – can be chicken or pork, but either is great.

Love the restaurants, by the way. Will be at Soho branch tomorrow with some french friends who we met whilst living in Mexico! Cheers. Steve

I love your frijoles – and we tend to order two to three each time we visit, either as a couple or with our friends. Would it be at all possible to receive the recipe for yours?

Also – the pork burritos are just deevine.
